PINs may be returned for a refund within 30 days after the date of purchase only. All returns for reasons other than defective PINs would be subject to processing fee of 3%. Provider is not responsible for lost or stolen PINs.

* All rates are subject to change without notice. A 29c surcharge applies to calls placed from payphones. Calls to wireless receivers are billed at a higher rate (see rate list). Cards expire after 1 year since the date of purchase. We can refund cards within 30 days after purchase date if they have full balance on. Call charges that compute to less than one cent will be rounded up to the nearest cent.

As a result, the cost of our new routes will be reflected in the rates that are forwarded to you. For this reason, we would like you to know up front that rates are subject to change without notice.
